This was to be my 5 th estimate for a septic repair. The two gentlemen that arrived were on time, personable, knowledgeable and super helpful. They determined that I only needed a ‘ replacement float’!!! Estimates were much lower than other companies. Quality remained! It has been a difficult few years for everyone, I’m certain. This team was so wonderful!!! I am very grateful and thankful that I found this honest , trustworthy company. Rainbows!!! Had this company come out again as my septic field needed replacing after 30 years . Jordon, Justin, Matthew and Zay did an amazing job.. I like to watch and learn. Everything was explained to me..the job was completed in time specified. They have a guarantee for parts and labor. I needed help with my kitchen sink and Jorden even went to hardware store to find appropriate parts. I felt like I had my kids here. Smart , they know their business, caring, timely… What more could you ask for?

I contacted CDS to have my toilet flange lowered. They promised that a plumber would be at my house first thing in the morning. They sent Robert who is awesome. He knew just what was needed. He explained everything to me. He finished quickly and showed me what he had done. He cleaned up everything. In addition he was polite, well spoken, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our experience with Justin Cook, owner of CDS, was extremely positive. We had a shower valve issue on the weekend and he came right away. We scheduled him for a second job and he brought his technician, Jordan. Both men are friendly, respectful, have great personalities, are very knowledgeable and professional. All the work was done to our satisfaction. The rates are reasonable, and we will be calling again if we are in need.

These guys are fantastic!!! Scheduled to replace my hot water heater with a tankless and Friday night ( of course) my old one sprung a leak.... The walked me through how to shut it off and I was immediately moved to a priority. They are personable, polite, clean and professional. I can't say enough nice things about them. I will definitely be using them in the future to set up a washer and dryer hook up in my condo. Just a pleasure to work with.

We called upon CDS Plumbing Services because they not only had the highest rating and hundreds of great reviews but because of the dire need to get a job done in less than three days! My girlfriend and I live in a 55 plus adult community that did not install a water line for the refrigerator because back in the 1970’s there was no need. We were tired of making ice in ice trays and I’m used to getting water and ice from refrigerators I’ve had in past residential homes. When I initially spoke with Nora, their dispatcher/gatekeeper, she told me if I was available the same day, Justin, the owner, could meet me and give me an estimate right there on the spot. Mind you I was told upfront there would be a $75 service fee, but it would be waived/deducted from the invoice if we hired them for the job. Once given the total price minus my Veterans discount (which saved us $150) - I shook this man’s hand from Texas, and he said his best men that service the Lakeland area would be out here in three days! Dalton and Timothy did exactly what they were supposed to and installed a water line with a shutoff valve within a cabinet next to where the refrigerator will be installed this week! Quick, efficient, no issues, professional job well done and even told me to have a 3/8”x1/4” brass supply line adapter in case the new fridge line is a 1/4”! I highly recommend this company for any type of plumbing service you need. Strong work ethic, friendly and professional people. Thank you so very much Justin, Nora, Dalton and Timothy!!! I had a smart toilet that i bought online from a Canadian Company approximately 4 years ago. It was not power flushing and I called CDS Plumbing Services. They sent a crew to look at it and they said they could fix it if they had the parts. I told them I would order the parts and call them when they came in. They left their card and did not charge me for the call. I phoned the company and explained the problem and they said it was the flushing solenoid. I ordered the parts and when they arrived I called CDS and told them I was ready for the parts to be installed. They sent two men the next morning. Angel and Henry. These guys were the best. They installed the parts and cleaned up behind their work. Both were super friendly and like family. The charges, although I didn't ask in advance, were very reasonable. I would/have recommended them to all friends and family.

Matt was nothing short of an amazing life safer today! We snaked the toilet 3 times and had no luck. Matt was able to unclog the main pipe and get both the toilet and tub unclogged. Matt was very pleasant and not upset about helping us out on a Sunday! Thanks again Matt you were wonderful today !

Outstanding service from Henry! I am incredibly grateful. My toilet wasn’t flushing and was leaking from the base, but Henry was able to come out on a Saturday to help. He walked me through every step he took to unclog the toilet and explained why it wasn’t flushing. It’s just my mom and I here and he made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I also spoke with Jordan about pricing and he made sure I was taken care of, extremely reasonable. I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely call them for any future issues. If you are need of any type of plumbing services look no further than CDS Plumbing Services! While I was at work, my wife called and said our water heater was leaking. I reached out to a few company’s and CDS was able to get there within just a couple of hours, they installed the new water heater that day, AND they had the BEST PRICE! I’ve had 4 plumbers come out insisting I was having septic problems even though the water flooding my bathrooms was clean water. CDS Plumbing came out today, Justin and Matt quickly verified it was not the septic but a clogged drain. Justin even mopped up the floors! While the owner Justin is adorable the Justin who came out today was much more polite and helpful (they dared me to mention that!) Highly recommended company. Their quote was considerably less than the other plumbers.

CDS plumbing came out on an emergency call to my house. My water heater was flooding the house. Jordan was the plumber who came out right away. He diagnosed the situation & had a new water heater installed & working in about 90 minutes. This guy is good!

CDS PLUMBING did a good job for a fair price. I had a stoppage in the main sewer line between my house and the street. I called CDS and they responded quickly. An attempt was made to snake the line but it jammed the snake. Replacing the line which ran adjacent to very large oak tree was the only option. The crew showed up on time on Monday and removed the old line and many large roots. The new line was completed on Tuesday, inspected by Hillsboro County, and the trench filled in. We’ve been having plumbing issues since the storm. Given the fact that everybody is having problems everywhere ,it was concerning when we would be able to get a plumber . I called CDS, I have used them a couple times in the past. They remarkably were out here in less than an hour !!! The service mgr, Jordyn and his coworker were courteous and friendly. Unfortunately CDS dig up my back yard replace or repair my drain field and yesterday I had my septic tank emptied buy another company and they said my drain field is flooding back into the tank because it wasn’t draining properly! Im gathering the check info to contact the company for resolution asap! From what it appears they used the cheapest technology to get a job done, not to complete it successfully! We are a local assisted living who had been functioning off of a private well for many years. After the major hurricane last year, we were experiencing a ton of problems with the well pumping clay/orange sand into our pipes in the facility. We had to replace a very expensive washing machine and dishwasher because of the failing well. We looked into the possibility of hooking up to the county water. We knew it was going to be a pretty penny, but could not afford to keep replacing appliances and fixing the well would have been just as expensive. After four quotes from four reputable plumbing services, we chose CDS Plumbing and Justin the amazing owner to take the job. There were bumps and hurdles with the county and he made the entire process as smooth as possible. He spoke for us, made the moves for us, got the job DONE for us. We had pushback from the county and he assured us that we can get over the humps and we did. He was extremely knowledgeable, extremely humble, patient and confident. That is what we needed because we were extremely frustrated with the failing well And the everyday surprises it was bringing. He was the most affordable, most knowledgeable out of the four quotes we had gotten and we were confident about using CDS plumbing for this major job. They had to dig up the street and dig up the property to lay down the appropriate piping/meters. CDS made us feel like we were top notch, high priority, like we were a grand hotel. Every person on his team was nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and approachable with any questions that we had. Once the job was finished we had clean pipes throughout the facility, major water pressure 🙌and priceless confidence that we can just relax and get this off of our shoulders. I absolutely will be using CDS to hook up to sewer in the future. There will be no other options. We thank you so much Justin and your whole team for the amazing work you’ve done. They even came back and checked on us four different times to make sure everything was running properly Without provoking. CDS plumbing was a life saver. Saved me about $3,000 on unnecessary work. Had another plumbing company come out and tell me I needed to do this and that cost would be $3500. CDS came out right a way to give me a second opinion and it turns out that all I needed was a new garbage disposal. Best call I ever made will definitely use again.

These guys were fantastic. Josh and Roberto came by to help fix our broken garbage disposal which clogged the sink and our dishwasher. They fixed everything, gave us a new disposal within an hour and reworked the interior under the sink to make it look A LOT better. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with CDS Plumbing helping resolve an issue my mother was having at her home during the holidays. I wasn’t sure how quickly I’d be able to get someone out to her house, but when I called CDS, I spoke with a delightful woman named Nora who immediately put me at ease. She arranged for a technician to come out the very same day. Josh arrived promptly and cleared the clogged drain right away. He also took the time to assess a recurring clog issue and identified a small section of cast iron piping with nodules that were restricting proper drainage. Josh explained everything clearly and recommended an affordable long-term solution to prevent the issue from happening again. He then helped schedule the Hydro-Smooth repair during the week in a way that worked with my mother’s schedule. Nora and the office team were incredibly accommodating and communicative throughout the process. Josh returned as scheduled and took care of everything efficiently and professionally. This was the second time we’ve used CDS Plumbing and Justin Cook’s team, and they continue to exceed our expectations. They are honest, fair, dependable, and deliver high-quality work. My family and I couldn’t be more elated from the service Kenneth provided. We had an outdoor grill built and the original plumbers took all of four days to get halfway done. My wife called this company and they came out the same day. He was able to install a tankless water heater and fix what the previous plumber didn’t complete with the previously installed sump pump. As a consumer and Realtor, I would recommend this company without hesitation. I’ve only worked with Kenneth, so ask for him😅. I’m sure the entire company is good. Used CDS Plumbing Services to fix a broken sprinkler line close the water meter. Jordan did an outstanding job. In addition to fixing the line he replaced parts that should not have been used in prior repairs. Also, he buried the line deeper so that it is less likely to break in the future. The receptionist who answered was very nice and quick to help. She kept me up to date on how long it would take for the plumber to arrive. Josh was very friendly and informative. He was able to do the repair quickly and efficiently; he was also able to give me good tips on how to maintain the well system my house is on.

I started my Saturday morning with a giant mess in the garage from a water heater whose time was up. What I was most concerned about was how are stressful and costly it would be to try to get a plumber out here on a Saturday. I’ve very thankful that the ONLY one who answered my call was CDS Plumbing! Elizabeth called me right away and I was able to text her photos since I didn’t really know what I was dealing with. David, the Service Manager, was at my house in no time just to help me turn off the water and make sure the tech would have everything he needed before he even got there. The tech, Jordan, was at our house in just a few hours (all on a Saturday afternoon). He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and had the new hot water heater installed in no time. This was such a refreshing experience, I am unfortunately used to electricians, handy men etc coming in and charging way too much money for shotty work and this was the complete opposite! Wonderful service from start to finish. I left a voicemail Thursday just before 5pm. Within minutes, they returned my call. (Forgive me if mistaken but I believe her name was Nora). We discussed the issue at hand and scheduled a tech to arrive the very next morning at 9am. About 815 this morning, she called me to inform me that they had made an oversight with the service address and that my address was not in their coverage area. Ugh, after a heavy sigh and discussion about the fact that I was working from home today for this and I had already cancelled another service that returned my call after them, she went ahead and had the tech come out to my address, which happened to be approximately 1 hour drive from their local Polk County tech. Within 10 minutes, the tech was calling me to discuss further about the details of my trouble. (Jordan) arrived shortly after 9am and we both agreed it would be more practical to just replace the electric tankless water heater. Ace Hardware of Avon Park had the exact model in stock for $270, so away Jordan went to retrieve the new system. During his visit, he was extremely professional, pleasant, very informative, and great to communicate with. By 1130, everything was completed, drip free, and hot water once again. The price was very reasonable and fair. I look forward to reaching out to them in the near future for my water softener installation. I honestly believe this business to be a prize gem and highly recommend their services. Thank you to Jordan & Nora, sorry if I'm mistaken on the name again.

But what stands out to me most, is anytime I call the owner. My family and I had several plumbing issues, though minor and more of an annoyance than anything, that had been a problem for many months. We delayed calling a plumber and getting them fixed because the two I reached out to prior were either unknowledgeable or very pricy. The service person was on time and finished in around 5 hours including going twice to get more pieces. This was right after Christmas and the pvc pipe and mounting brackets had broken off he replaced about 16 feet of pvc 3 inch pipe and several fittings the price was very high I needed the job done so I agreed to the price but it was VERY expensive $2290 will not use again or recommend because of the unreal price. I had to call another plumber for an unrelated project and was told by him that he would have charged me less than $1,000 for the first job so he will be by plumber of choice

While on a trip away from home, my house plumbing developed a leak. CDS was called, as I needed to cap off the leaking line so I could maintain water to the single mom living in my in-law suite. Unfortunately, it was a weekend, so the weekend/holiday pricing went into effect. Piece of cake, as I was expecting that. Despite being told to not attempt diagnosis or fixing plumbing under the main house, they did anyways, to tell me I needed the whole house replumbed. The actual requested service was for CDS to cut the line to the main house and cap off both cut ends, so water can continue flowing to the in-law suite. $710.00 to cut one PVC with easy access, and to glue a cap on the cut ends. That's five hours of weekend rate of $129 an hour. For literally a twenty minute job to any backyard plumber! I absolutely should pay the weekend rate as this was over a weekend. I believe that charging 5 hours for this task is taking advantage of me as the traveling veteran and of my desire to keep water flowing for my tenant. On a positive note, each of the CDS personnel I spoke to on the phone and text were professional and polite. Because of the amount that I was charged that was above any reasonable amount I would have ever expected, I cannot recommend CDS to others.

They came out looked at a bathroom faucet that was leaking, under a bathroom sink that had a leaky valve and opened my dishwasher that wasn’t draining. The guy went out to his car came back with a quote for $1,100. I told him I was not expecting that price. Told him I was not interested. He left I sent a message to the office saying I was not satisfied and that the quote was highway robbery. They called me trying to justify the price. Had another company come out. Guy was honest and up front. Told me the bathroom sink issue was simple and fixed on the spot no charge. Then told me the bathroom faucet would be about $200 and to call an appliance guy for the dishwasher. Be aware if you call them. My experience was not good.

Do one star or less the guy came and looked at it didn’t wanna work on. It tried to sell me re-pipe in my whole house. I had another guy come fix it in 40 minutes.

CDS Plumbing is a nightmare. Be ready to manage your own project, check their progress, and call many times wondering why they are destroying your house. While they replaced our sewage line and it works, everything else was disastrous. I have much more to share and extensive video evidence showing their complete disregard for our home, but Google Reviews won’t accept videos and has a maximum character count which I clearly met. What they did right: - Replaced the entire sewage line at a fair price. - Plumbing has worked so far. What went wrong: - Workers left doors/windows open with the A/C running. - Trash and debris were left everywhere; we had to clean it ourselves. - Cracked bathroom tiles. - Dirt and debris from floor work piled onto living room floors with no protection. - Concrete splattered on baseboards and flooring, causing permanent damage. The concrete work after plumbing was done by a different company. It was so uneven that floors and laundry room couldn’t be finished. CDS “fixed” it by bringing the same company back, who sanded everything with zero protection. Our entire home was coated in concrete dust on ALL surfaces—furniture, vents, cabinets, clothes, dishes, pantry items, you name it. Cleanup was brutal. Six family members spent four full days moving out our home, cleaning everything off-site, laundering clothes and bedding, and washing dishes elsewhere. CDS only sent 4–5 cleaners who were reluctant and limited; the cleaning company confirmed CDS minimized staff and refused additional help. After moving back in, concrete dust continued to come through our air vents and settle on our belongings. Given that I have two children, I requested professional air duct cleaning due to health concerns. The owner was again rude and reluctant. We never asked for reimbursement for housing, utility costs, or the extra week displaced. Even so, CDS resisted. Dust continued to come through vents, forcing professional air duct cleaning for health reasons. The owner was rude, dismissive, and at one point said he would “not spend another penny,” showing zero concern for our safety or family. Additional issues: - A worker failed to reconnect a pipe, flooding our laundry room. - Bathroom vanity measured incorrectly and is off-center. - Laundry room vanity installed at an angle; sink leans forward and won’t drain. - I repeatedly had to inspect the home and property to find unfinished work and leftover debris, requiring multiple return visits. - Workers smoked marijuana in our backyard twice. Final thoughts: Plumbing works, but everything else was handled with zero professionalism. Damage to our home, unsafe conditions, poor workmanship, and dismissive ownership made this extremely stressful. Avoid CDS Plumbing if you value your home, health, or peace of mind.
